Errors are corrected at the top of the next issue and recorded here permanently — including the ones we caught ourselves before publication. Finding one is a service: reply to any email and a person reads it.
Every number we publish carries its publisher, table, and vintage, so anyone can check it. When a correction is warranted it runs at the top of the next issue, not in a footnote; the original is never silently edited. Internal verification catches are logged with the same discipline, marked as caught before publication.
